Tri stool saddle seat

As with our other saddle seats, the tri stool helps maintain an upright posture when sitting. Feet are placed flat on the floor at a greater width than conventional seating. The weight of the legs is taken through the feet; the upper body is stabilized and the pelvis is held securely in a natural position.

The tri stool saddle seat – new for May 2008 - is a variation on the traditional saddle. It provides more planar (flatter) seat pan, enabling the sitter to obtain the postural advantages of a saddle seat without the discomfort that some users can experience from the raised saddle pommel or ridge. The three cornered design of the stool allows users to brace themselves when working.

The tri stool seat pan is both angle adjustable and height adjustable. The seat pan is upholstered in marine grade black vinyl. Illustrated with a foot-ring, but may be supplied without a foot-ring according to preference.
